Aunt Nee's Fresher Than Fresh, Every Time! Aunt Nee's is a Michigan based, family owned company that was founded in 2006 by Aunt Nee / Lydia Alcala-Schwager.

To prepare Aunt Nee's Fresh Salsa Mix, just add one 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes to a packet of Aunt Nee's Salsa Mix in a blender for a few seconds and serve. Just as great with one pound of fresh tomatoes as well! Once prepared, the salsa will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to one week and unprepared packets will last 18 months when kept with other spices in your home. Each packet holds 9 calories and will serve 3-4 people.

2016 at was a great year. We had just revamped our brand to include fresh salsa, transitioning from just packet sales. This was was such a large push for us and made the brand what it is today. Those days, it was Carlos and Pat, every week. As Aunt Nee's, we are always so thankful for every moment in time we've shared with you all.
