Martha’s offers seniors the independent lifestyle they seek in a beautiful community designed to keep them healthy, active and connected with friends. Located in west Detroit, with shopping, restaurants, theaters and other community amenities nearby, the village offers affordable one-bedroom apartments with a centrally located community center. Apartments come with wall-to-wall carpeting and fully-equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, freezer and stove.

Congratulations to the Village of St. Martha’s Warriors, who won the spirit award once again!!! congratulations to the village of East Harbor who won the trophy… all of the villages did an awesome job!!

All PVM Villages are proud to be smoke and tobacco-free communities. To further support residents who wish to quit smoking, the PVM Foundation recently received a grant from To***co Free Michigan to implement a smoking cessation program at seven PVM Villages across Detroit. The program will launch this summer and will provide encouragement and resources to help residents on their journey to becoming smoke free.
