📍​Location: Detroit, MI
💵Pay: $15.00/hour + Free Shift Meal
📅​THE SCHEDULE (26 Hours/Week)
***​We are looking for a reliable team member for the following shifts:
*Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
*​Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
*​Fridays: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
*​Saturdays: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
***​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*​Prep Work: High-volume chopping of vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing house sauces.
*​Organization: Correctly labeling, dating, and rotating all prepped items (FIFO).
*​Kitchen Support: Keeping the line cooks stocked during the dinner rush.
*​Closing Duties: Maintaining a clean station and assisting with the nightly kitchen teardown and cleaning at midnight.
***​REQUIREMENTS
*​Reliability: Must have dependable transportation for late-night finishes (12:00 AM).
*​Work Ethic: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
*​Attitude: Positive, "can-do" attitude. Entry-level is welcome—we will train the right person!
