Our menu will follow the Tapas tradition of a number of plates that are small portions of Spanish cuisine accompanied by w**e or b**r. Our unique Spanish offerings will be based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients where available. This local sourcing will support and engage community urban farming initiatives. A simple menu with various options for all patrons, vegetarians and omnivores alike, will be our standard. Come and enjoy a lively Spanish dining experience that is the envy of many the worldover.
