Meet our sous chef earthsong!

Liz started with us as a line cook 5 years ago with some seriously impressive oyster-shucking skills. Today, she’s helping run our kitchen and is just an all-around badass.

When she’s not cooking at Oak & Reel, you might find her playing Magic: The Gathering or checking out the local underground music scene. And a fun fact — she spent 5 years as a kid performing Mexican folkloric dance all over Detroit.

We’re pretty lucky to have her as part of our team. ❤️
