Tsiknopempti is a traditional Greek celebration that takes place on a Thursday during the Carnival season.
The word comes from:
• “tsikna” = the smoky smell of grilled meat
• “Pempti” = Thursday

2025, σε ευχαριστούμε. ❤️
Το 2025 ήταν μια χρονιά γεμάτη όνειρα, δουλειά, άγχος, χαμόγελα και πάνω απ’ όλα στήριξη.
Μέσα σε αυτή τη χρονιά ανοίξαμε το Σπιτικό Ταβέρνα και είδαμε κάτι που δεν θα ξεχάσουμε ποτέ:
τον κόσμο να μας αγκαλιάζει από την πρώτη μέρα.
Θέλουμε να πούμε ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ σε όλους εσάς που στηρίξατε και τα δύο μας μαγαζιά,
το Σπιτικό και το Roumelis.
Σε όσους ήρθαν, ξαναήρθαν, μας σύστησαν σε φίλους, μας έδωσαν κουράγιο και πίστη.
Το 2026 έρχεται με καινούργια projects, νέες ιδέες και ακόμα περισσότερη αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνουμε.
