Join us at Canal Bar for bevvies and snacks, or settle in for dinner in the Dining Room, Greenhouse Patio, or at our outdoor picnic tables. You really can’t go wrong.

Canal Bar • 3–9PM (1-9PM on weekends)
Coriander Kitchen • 11AM–3PM and 5–9PM

Kitchen closes daily from 3–5PM, but Canal Bar stays open.

Our house-made spiced sausage with smoked Yukon potatoes will bid us adieu this weekend.

And our cumin-roasted carrots and fried mushrooms are joining them.

Enjoy them while you can. Once they're gone, they're gone.

The silver lining? Tomato-and-pepper season is here, and a whole new round of dishes is on its way:

We just added a Paddle-to-Table Dinner this Thursday, July 23 at 6:15PM!

Join us back where it all began — with a table, a paddle, and some big dreams of what Coriander could be.

Looking back at these early dinners, it's incredible to see how much Farmer Gwen and Chef Ali have grown — and how Coriander has grown right alongside them.

If you can't make it this Thursday, we still have a few tickets available for:

$175 includes a guided kayak tour of the canals, a welcome drink, family-style dinner, dessert and gratuity.

⭐️ 10/10 ordering strategy.

Meals at Coriander are meant to be shared.

Chef Ali likes to cook dishes that are designed to progress and be eaten together rather than the traditional appetizer-sides-main situation.

Here's how we like to order:

🌱 Start with snacks. (Smoked Fish Dip!)

🌱 Add a couple Farm Stars for the table. (Grilled Broccolini with saffron aioli!)

🌱 Round things out with A Lil' More. (Lemongrass Chicken Salad!)

Take your time. Pass plates. Try a little of everything.

Most tables enjoy 3–5 dishes for every two people.

But if today's a burger-and-fries kind of day, we've got Canal Classics for that, too.
