To anyone interested: Funding Needed

Hey folks, I am not sure who this message will reach, but our attempts to open Rosedale Beer & Bistro continue to be thwarted. Although we still believe in this concept, we need to accrue funding very soon. Otherwise, we will have to abandon the project. We need about $350k to get a small brewpub and small kitchen open. If you or anyone you know has an interest in investing in this idea, send us a private message on here and we can get a conversation started. We are open to all possibilities, including angel investors, capital partners, land sale with a leaseback contract or land contract, etc. Here's to hoping 🍻

Fans! We recently received (finally) our approval from the city of Detroit to move forward! We are currently finalizing our architectural plans and shoring up our funding. Thank you all for your patience. Stay tuned!

If you have not yet heard, we had our Special Land Use hearing with the city this week. A special thank you to everyone who wrote or appeared on our behalf! The support is greatly appreciated! We will continue to update you as we progress toward our approvals and build-out. Cheers!

Fans and followers! After working diligently for over a year, we have FINALLY closed the sale of these parking lots. We had to jump through many hoops, but today, we officially secured our parking lots! This is a major piece of the greater puzzle. As you can see, the space needs some love. Look for some serious beautification in the coming months. Stay tuned!
