✨ In Loving Memory of Ms. Kim ✨

Today, we honor the life of Kim Mosby, who faithfully served the Food Exchange Restaurant family for nearly 10 years. Her kindness, dedication, and warm spirit touched everyone who walked through our doors. From her welcoming smile to her unmatched work ethic, Ms. Kim was more than just a team member, she was family.

We are deeply saddened by her passing and extend our heartfelt condolences to her loved ones. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain in our hearts and in the Food Exchange community she helped build.

🕊️ Rest peacefully, Ms. Kim. Thank you for nearly a decade of love, laughter, and service. You’ll always be part of our story.

Take walk-in, phone and door dash food orders with enthusiasm and accurately inputs into POS system.

Bag and manages food orders; ensuring the correct food ordered is delivered to customers.

Collects payment and makes correct change or processes credit card transaction and refunds.

Practices safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times.

Maintains clean and orderly cashier area.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations

Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.

Making sure lobby is clean at all times which includes, wiping tables, sweeping, and making sure counters are clean.

Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies.

Performs other duties as assigned.
