You know what that means... our $6.50 Bánh Mì is ready and waiting! 🥖❤️

The good news keeps coming:
🍜 Khaopoon is BACK today!
🥟 CCC Gyoza (vegan) will be joining the lineup this afternoon.
🍲 And yes... Pho is still holding strong, but you all have been showing it so much love!
Hopefully Khaopoon can give our pho pots a little breather... or maybe just tempt you into ordering both. 😏

We can't wait to see all of your familiar faces (and hopefully a few new ones too)!

Just one small favor—please bring a little extra patience with you today. Mondays at our little café are wonderfully, beautifully busy. There may be a line, there may be a wait, but we promise we're back there cooking everything with as much care and love as we can.

Before anything else, thank you.

Every time you stop by, bring a friend, leave a review, tell someone about us, or patiently wait while we make everything fresh, you're helping our little café grow. We truly don't take that for granted, and our hearts are so full because of you.

We did sell out of Khaopoon yesterday (thank you!), so we'll be without it for the next couple of days while we make a fresh batch. We never rush the process because that's what gives it the flavor you all know and love. Thank you for your patience while we get it back on the menu.

Good morning, Dumplin fam ❤️

Behind every bowl of Khaopoon is this.

This is where it all begins. Our house curry paste is slowly sautéed until every spice, herb, and aroma has a chance to wake up before it's added to the vegetable stock that has been quietly doing its magic for the past couple of days. We don't rush it, because you can taste the difference when you let flavor take its time.

That's why our Khaopoon tastes the way it does.

After a week of selling out, we're happy to say Khaopoon is back today, Pho is back, and we're slowly bringing our dumplings back too.

Quantities are still limited while we catch up, but we're holding the house down one batch at a time.

And to everyone who's taken the time to leave us another 5-star Google review... thank you. Those words mean more than you know. They remind us that even on the exhausting days, the love and care we put into every pot is making it to your table.

Good morning, Gajiza family. ❤️

We wanted to give everyone a quick update for this week.

Thanks to your incredible support, we've been selling out of our pho, Khaopoon, and dumplings almost every day. While we're beyond grateful, it also means we're working around the clock to make everything from scratch again for the next day.

Because we're a small team and committed to never cutting corners, we'll be offering a limited menu throughout this week while we catch up on production.

If your favorite item isn't available, please know we're already in the kitchen making more. We'd rather temporarily sell out than rush the food that you've come to know and love.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for understanding that every broth is simmered for hours, every dumpling is hand-folded, and every dish is made with care.

Your support has truly humbled us. This little café is growing because of you, and we couldn't be more grateful.

We'll keep updating you each day as items become available. Come through, come hungry, and thank you for loving our food enough to keep us so busy.

Today is all about our favorite Monday tradition!

To keep your wait times as short as possible and make sure we're getting those bánh mì out quickly, we're putting all of our focus into sandwiches today.
One of our steamers decided it wanted a Monday off 😅, and we're also preparing a fresh batch of dumplings, so we won't be serving dumplings today.

We'd rather take a short pause than rush something we take so much pride in. Thank you for always understanding and supporting our little café. ❤️

Come hungry—we still have our $6.50 Bánh Mì Monday special, along with pho, Khaopoon, salads, and plenty of love waiting for you.

Just for today, our little café is closed… because chef needs a nap. 😴

Truth is, we’re taking a much-needed day to rest, sleep in, and recharge a little. Running on love, caffeine, and pure chaos only gets us so far. 😅

Thank you for keeping us busy, fed with love, and constantly showing up for us.
