We’ve been busy behind the scenes—testing, tasting, tweaking, and creating—and we’re finally ready to share what’s next for Gajiza.

✨ New menu updates ✨ New hours ✨ New signature Bánh Mì lineup …and a few surprises we think you’re going to LOVE.

By popular request, we’re bringing in more of the flavors you’ve been asking for while staying true to what we do best: fresh, comforting, handcrafted food made with care.

From crowd favorites to brand-new creations, this next menu update is one we’re really excited about.

Because of your love and support, we SOLD OUT every single day. Truly, thank you.

We’re closing a little earlier today so we can finally get some much needed rest and recharge these hands for another week of cooking for you all.

And honestly…our whole house is cleaned out. ❤️
The love and support this week has been unreal. Every bowl, every order, every “see you tomorrow,” every new face and familiar face…you all showed up for us in the biggest way possible.

So we’re taking this as our sign to shut it down early, hang up the aprons, and celebrate Mother’s Day with the people we love…including this mama right here. 🤍

We will be CLOSED today and tomorrow so our team can rest, recharge, and spend time with family and loved ones.

We’ll work hard to get everything back in stock, rolling, simmering, steaming, and ready again soon. But for tomorrow?

This mama is sleeping in. 😌

Happy Mother’s Day to all the hardworking mamas, grandmas, aunties, bonus moms, plant mamas, and fur baby mamas, too. 🐾💐 We see you. We appreciate you. We celebrate you.

Back and selling out already… y’all did not come to play. ❤️

Khaopoon was done for the night, but fingers crossed we’ll have it back in time for lunch tomorrow.

Our dumpling lineup is looking incredible right now, even though we’re still out of Pork & Shrimp Shumai.

And just so you know why it takes a minute to come back… this one is truly a labor of love.

House-ground pork, rough-chopped shrimp, bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, scallions, onions, minced ginger + garlic, all the seasonings, and the best part — hand mixed, never electric. That’s how we control the texture and keep it from being overmixed. That’s why it sells out… and why it takes us a few days to bring it back right.
