Howdy yall! Yellow Dog Saturday is upon us, and today is a special day. We’re not just celebrating bbq today, but Dia De Mu***os. We’ve got an ofrenda with family and friends recently lost, including my bbq mentor and fun loving rabble rouser Timmy from , my mentor and tight homie , the nicest person EVER in Michigan Beer history and phriend Brad Ethridge (upon the Rhombus), everyone’s mixed culture mentor Ron Jeffries, and family members Hector, Don, and Betty. If you can, please join us around noon/1p to leave something on the ofrenda, or add someone to it. We’d love to see you and hear your stories.

This week’s Yellow Dog Craft BBQ menu is extra special for a couple of reasons:

We’re featuring Wagyu brisket from our friends at . These special animals are fed a diet of caramelized olives, Japanese rice bran, and grass. There’s a VERY limited amount, so show up early!

Also, last week our buddy lamented we didn’t have chicharron burnt ends for her. Well, we do this week!

Looks like we’ll get some pretty great weather for BBQ tomorrow. The menu is fantastic. We’ll be ready to rip at noon and we’ll serve until 4pm, or until sold out. Don’t forget, the Second Saturday Market happens during the same time, along with Thornstyker () spinning the tunes on the stage.
