Mexico City Corn is back - Hooray! but only for a short time!!! Get it while it's HOT (aka Michigan corn growing season won't be here for much longer) as we'll only have this super flavorful seasonal offering for a short time!

Scraped Michigan Corn tossed with a smidge of mayo, a mélange of Chiles, sharp cheese and a squeeze of fresh lime!

One of our all time favorites, we hope you'll enjoy!

GO LOCO! We know we are!!

With back to school around the corner (plus student move in:)!!!, football season approaching, Wedding/Catering season still going stong and a minor detail of OPENING FRITA IN DALLAS 🤠 🩵 🌟 (which has been an absolutely amazing experience - and we are sincerely, head over heels in love with our team there ✨) it’s a crazy, but awesome time and thought this week’s Frita Friday winners deserved to Go Loco too!
