As we begin to close out January 2024 and a couple rough weeks I decided to ask for you guys' help with making this business better. Tried a thing…Japanese Soufflé Pancakes. First time making meringue idk why it took so long lmao (like 30 mins for the whites of 8 eggs) but regardless they were a success! Gonna be trying some more freaky s**t with these soon!
