Key Lime Pie
$2.75 per slice of 2 for $5

Ingredients
Crust
1 ½ c Shortbread Cookies (or Graham crackers)
4 tbsp Butter (melted)
⅛ c Sugar
Filling
2 14oz cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Key Lime zest
¾ c Fresh Key Lime Juice
16 oz mascarpone cheese
1 c Sugar (optional and to taste)
2 tsp Juiced mint (optional for color)
Topping
1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
2-4 tbsp confectioner's sugar
One or two crushed cookies

I want to want to do this it is when I'll have more tim to dedicate to the page but I wanted to get the the making of the page out of the way because I have product to sell. I want to to exercise I my cooking ability with recipes that have utilize cooking styles from all around the world. In terms of this, my mom was a huge inspiration because she was always open to experimentation and her experiments tasted good. Because of this I have many leanings towards towards Southeast Asian cooking styles. From my Uncle, I learned an appreciation for is an appreciation for some African/Afro-sequal cooking styles. From my grandmother I inherited a Southern comfort food cooking style. I also grew up watching Food Network (though this was definitely before there was this weird obsession with putting raisins in everything). I'm always open to further diversifying my cooking skills and I want this to also be a way from me to post recipes and for people to try the recipes, give suggestions, in so far as what was successful, what wasn't, what's good and what's not. I wanna provide the ability for me at the ability for me and any cook who comes across this to be the best cooks that we can be. My style in the kitchen relies heavily on art and science, because one of my childhood dreams was to become a biochemist and baking keeps chemistry in my life. I've also developed my own artistic flare that finds this expression in music, visual art, and cooking. And I believe that should be the case for any cutting edge cooking style.
