Hey there! It’s been awhile! This is usually the time we start to post about what we have coming up for spring, summer, and fall… but this year is different. After a nice winter break (and much deliberation) we’ve decided to move away from the food truck game. While the last few years have been an amazing wild fun/scary ride with the truck, this isn’t the life style I want to continue to have. Physically and mentally the truck is more exhausting than anything I’ve ever done, but the most rewarding thing at the same time. We’ve been lucky enough to start a business during one of the weirdest times and were able to make it work financially… but what wasn’t working was the time away from family during the beautiful Michigan summers. I just want to thank everyone that helped us along the way, there are too many people and businesses to shout out… just know we appreciate you! Thank you all! ❤️

Tomorrow (Saturday October 19th) is our last day of service before we winterize the ol food trailer. We have a private party in the AM then we head over to to close out the night. We start at 5pm and will go until sold out. Hope to see you tomorrow!

After some much needed rest we are back at it for a couple days this week today & on Saturday.

was a blast! We saw a lot of familiar faces, a lot of new faces and sold more food than we ever have. Thank you everyone for making our first appearance at dally so special! Y’all showered us with some love!

With and this past week (and all our other events) it has put a huge strain on my body and health (hi, I’m Tony)… Not sure if it’s a virus or exhaustion, but I know only getting 6 or so hours of sleep in 4 days isn’t healthy!

Unfortunately we’ve already canceled 2 events this coming week and are playing it by ear for what’s to come, we will be making a decision Tuesday about our schedule this week. I really don’t like canceling, but if we aren’t healthy we cannot continue to grow. We are a small team and need everyone to be in working form in order to finish this season out strong.
