Building Our Bundle (BOB) is a 6-week online program for Indigenous youth (14-29) to learn spiritual and mental health skills to promote resilience, social connection, and cultural connectedness. Join us for our *Dagwaagin/Fall Season of BoB* beginning next week on Monday, November 1st!!⁠ The name for this season is *Ganawishkodawe* which translates to (as much as possible in English): *They Tend the Fire.* ⁠⁠
This season, we will be focusing on emotional regulation and distress tolerance DBT skills using a braided approach. ⁠

Join us on October 14 in honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day (in the United States) and World Food Day 2021 to learn from Indigenous Chefs and Producers of Turtle Island (North America). Engage with Indigenous chefs, producers and international experts on the importance of Indigenous Peoples’ food systems and cuisine in the kitchen, production, policy, schools and community. Participating chefs and the first 50 participants to register will receive a Native Foods Connection box from the American Indian Foods Program of the Intertribal Agriculture Council featuring Indigenous-produced products including blue corn mix, acorn bites, chokecherry syrup, bison sticks and more!
Renown Indigenous Chefs Elena Terry, Rich Francis, Nephi Craig, and Chef Alfredo Oropeza of Mexico will be joining us with Indigenous Producers from Bow and Arrow, LLC and Sakari Farms.
