Not quite sure what my next pop up event will be BUT, I do have preorders open for the holidays. If you need homemade dinner rolls, Hawaiian rolls, bread cookie muffins ect for thanksgiving or Christmas / other November December holidays feel free to message me on here, email, or shoot me a text and we'll get if figured out. I will be putting "ads" so to say on market place.

I'm equally happy as I am sad that the busy season is done but I look forward to doing any holiday orders or random "I miss these baked goods" orders. And don't forget the more you order the cheaper it gets. : )

(The pictures are all things I've made this season. I think my favorite that I made all season was my patriot loaf, featuring a strawberry and blueberry swirl. 💜🩵. Oh was it tasty)

Rain or shine! But it's definitely raining. I'm here. I'm set up courtesy of shady hollow coffee and tasty tracks for letting me use their third window since they aren't now in the post season.

ITS THE LAST DAY OF SHADY HOLLOW FLEA MARKET SEASON! Yes there aren't many of us out here but come see the few that are myself included. Even with the limited menu for tasty tracks you know you're gonna be getting some good food. I'm gonna miss them this cold season but all the more excited for next year to get here : )

It's is now the closing closing weekend of the busy season.

Wow. Just wow guys. Can you believe I've been doing this for almost a year and a half now? This is the second summer under my belt. What a journey, I could literally cry from not only the stress but also from the pride I have found in doing this. The happiness I have found in being not only a baker but having my own business. "Find something that you love and call it work". I really did do that. I am so incredibly proud of myself that words escape me. Just eyes filled with tears of joy. I don't share a lot about myself because that's what my personal page is for, but I gotta say, I have come so far from where I was even five years ago. I have been thru some crap and a lot of tie cuttings. But I'm such a healthier me. (I am human so I do have set backs of course) But I have come so far and I am so proud of myself for not giving up. Some of you have been here since the start and you mean the world to me.

Food businesses tend to go under in the first five years and to still be going strong is amazing, and I owe it all to you guys! The ones who keep me in business. This whole experience means the world to me. Thank you all for joining me on this journey. Here's a picture of my beautiful cookies I'll have tomorrow. Fresh out of the oven right now before this post.

Holy crap! It's already almost October.

So this week my menu is gonna be tiny. But delicious.

I will have about 6 packs of Hawaiian rolls(9per pan), and my 6 ct cookie stacks. I might have one other item but I do plan on having my chocolate chunk cookies and monster cookies in both regular and gluten free.

For GF I will have three cookie stacks of each.

Couple of new items this week!

Snicker doodle bites, and I'm hoping as long as shaping and baking turns out, homemade Hawaiian rolls!

And! For the first time on my table I will have 6 cookies for 5$! Only chocolate chunk this week, however did you know with my chocolate chunk cookies it also has mini semisweet morsels, AND Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips? I should call it a triple chip but. 🤷‍♀️.

Don't forget about the few of us left still going strong at shady hollow this weekend! We got one more good week after this weekend!

I know everyone's been wonder. What will I have today for harvest fest at Tractor Supply Company? Well. I'm here to tell you. Deliciousness. : ). Again I will be set up at the one between Moorhead and dilworth on highway ten! (They're on the north side of ten)

As a reminder anything except my yeasted breads I can make gluten free. I've been eating wheat all my life and honestly..... I can't really taste the difference.

Who's ready for harvest fest st tractor supply company this weekend?! This is a national event that happens every year and I am honored to have this be my second year being a part of it! I will be set up at the Moorhead tractor supply right on highway ten practically across the street from quick trip in dilworth! Advertised 10-2 but if it's still popping I'm willing to stay later and they said we all could be set up later as well.

Yay!
