It's a shame a business has to work so hard to remain open. Margins in this space are pepperoni thin as it is. These folks are obviously giving it their all. We owe it to our community to support this business. If they can't provide security to their employees in aspects of consistent hours. In the end it's a vicious circle with revolving door of employees who do want to work but can't get the hours to justify
the time learning the trade to meet the expectations of the customers. If the customers can't count on the business to be consistent in product and service customer's will go elsewhere. It takes a community to band together and these business out. Be patient, respectful, and understanding. Thank those that actually want to work and reward them through complements and yes tips. If we don't keep people working businesses like this one will have no choice but to throw in the towel. We are creating a generation of folks that have limited will to work. if we don't turn the corner we will truly have a country of have and have not. Do what you can to help out. I'm willing to donate a week's worth of pay for an employee to make 15$ an hour for a 40 hour work week. Let's show employees it pays to work and those companies you work for appreciate and respect your contributions to the business. It has to be attracting good quality employees and paying them to stay through sound management and a respectable wage. Companies not doing that will fall to the wayside.
