National AJ Day is coming up, and we’re continuing to introduce you to some of the amazing people who make AJ’s so special! ❤️

Meet Quintella, one of the smiling faces you’ll find serving guests at AJ’s on the Bayou! 🌴🦪

Quintella always has a smile, a kind word, and a way of lifting everyone’s spirits. She’s one of those people who can brighten up a room just by being in it! ☀️

Our locals absolutely love her — and we do too! ❤️

We’re so glad Quintella is part of the AJ’s family and grateful for everything she brings to our team and our guests every day.

We’re so grateful for every person who keeps this AJ’s family going! 🦪❤️
