We’d like to give a big thank you to Brittany Henricks with Brittany Henricks Main Key Realty for choosing Buehre’s Smokehouse to cater this special event. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your day and the trust you placed in us to take care of your guests.

From preparing the food to delivering it fresh and getting everything ready to serve, we take pride in making the catering process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers.

Whether you’re planning a company event, work gathering, private party, family celebration, wedding, or special event, Buehre’s Smokehouse is ready to bring the BBQ to you. 🍖🔥

You bring the people. We’ll bring the BBQ.

QUIT PAYING PREMIUM PRICES FOR PROBATION-QUALITY BBQ

If the brisket needs half a bottle of sauce to swallow it, it wasn’t cooked right.

If the pulled pork tastes like it came from a crockpot, it probably did.

And if your caterer counts every spoonful like they’re feeding prisoners—you hired the wrong damn people.

Buehre’s Smokehouse serves REAL smoked meat with bold flavor and portions big enough to feed your guests—not just p**s them off. 🔥🐷

No dry brisket.
No bland pork.
No toddler-sized portions.
No sad little catering trays pretending to be BBQ.

Just serious smoke, honest food, and guests loosening their belts before they leave.

🚨 WARNING: YOUR GUESTS WILL TALK ABOUT THE FOOD 🚨

Anybody can throw some meat in a pan and call it catering.

At Buehre’s Smokehouse, we bring the smoke, the flavor, and the kind of food that makes people go back for a plate they definitely don’t need. 🔥🐷

Weddings. Work parties. Birthdays. Graduations. Family reunions. Backyard throwdowns.

If people are gathering hungry, we want to feed them.

No boring food.
No tiny portions.
No guests leaving hungry.
Just real smoked meat made by people who give a damn.

We’re based in Jefferson County—but for the right event, we’ll bring the smoke wherever the road takes us.
