Homestead Bites have arrived at It’s Dough Time!

Golden strips of fresh, made-to-order frybread, smothered in rich country sausage gravy and topped with crispy bacon, a drizzle of maple syrup, and fresh chives.

A hearty homestyle breakfast, served all day… Iowa State Fair style.

We can’t wait for you to try it!

BOOTH REDESIGN IN PROGRESS 👀

We’ve been hard at work during the off-season giving our booth setup a fresh new look.

Our made-from-scratch frybread isn’t changing—but our booth is.

We’re excited to create a better experience for our customers while continuing to serve the same fresh, made-to-order frybread you’ve come to expect.

⭐ NEW FOR 2026 ⭐

Meet our Star-Spangled Frybread!

We took our made-from-scratch frybread, added a homemade sweet glaze, red, white and blue star sprinkles, and topped it off with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Star-Spangled Frybread will officially debut at the 2026 Iowa State Fair, but we’re giving it a preview appearance at the Corndog Kickoff on July 11 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds!

We’re excited for everyone to give it a try and can’t wait to hear what you think. 😊

They finally arrived and we’re excited to put them to work this fair season.

We’ve given it a fresh look for 2026 and are excited to introduce the new Frybread Sampler.

The Frybread Sampler features all four of our sweet frybread toppings on one plate:
