We’re It’s Dough Time, and we’re serving up golden, fluffy fry bread all fair long — plain, savory, or topped with Cinnamon & Sugar, Honey Drizzle, Melted Butter, or try our new warm apple pie filling 🍏🥧 (trust us, it’s a game-changer).

Find us in the Mountain Man Camp — just east of the Susan Knapp Amphitheatre and right before the fire station.

📣 Day 2 at the Iowa State Fair — and we’re bringing the heat 🔥 (literally and figuratively)!

Yesterday was quiet, but today we’re ready to turn things around. If you’re out exploring the fair, swing by the Mountain Man Camp and grab yourself a hot, golden piece of fresh fry bread — or try it with our warm apple pie topping 🍏🥧. Trust us… it’s the kind of fair food you don’t forget.

📣 We’re back at the Iowa State Fair! 🎉

Come find It’s Dough Time serving up hot, fresh fry bread (just like the one in the photo) in the Mountain Man Camp, located East of the Susan Knapp Amphitheatre — just before the fire station.

Whether you’re craving that golden crunch or want to try our sweet or savory toppings, we’ve got you covered!

Follow the smell of fresh fry bread and the sign that says FRY BREAD — and we’ll be waiting under the big tent!

We’re getting everything ready for the Iowa State Fair, and we can’t wait to see all of you from August 7th to the 17th! 🎡

This year, along with our fresh, golden fry bread, we’re bringing two new treats to the menu:

Old-Fashioned Lemonade – Hand-squeezed, sweet-tart, and ice cold, just like grandma used to make.

Warm Apple Pie Topping – Rich, cinnamon-spiced apple filling served over your favorite fry bread… it’s like a hug in every bite!

Whether you’re a sweet tooth or just craving a crispy, chewy fry bread fix, we’ve got something new to love.

As the Iowa State Fair comes to a close, we want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth! Your support and enthusiasm made this fair unforgettable.

We loved serving up our delicious fry bread and sharing a little taste of history with all of you.
