Breaking news: we're running out of summer.

Grade A Gardens tells us their tomato season probably has another 2-3 weeks to go, which means the Local Margaret does too.

We're making this special version with fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic from Grade A Gardens, plus fresh mozzarella from The Cheese Shop of Des Moines. Fresh, local and pretty hard to beat this time of year.

Available as a 14" pizza at our Drake location only, while the tomatoes last.

Day 2 of the Drake store renoโ€ฆ

The crew just about finished repairing and sanding all the wainscoting and trim, and started staining. Back of house concrete floors got polished and sealed. And one of the ownersโ€™ moms refinished our large high-top tables.

A reminder that our Drake store is closed for a few days for a well-deserved glow-up. Catering and our Ankeny store are still open!
