This message is a bit hard to write.

After much thought and reflection, today will be our last day serving food at our current location. What started as a small dream inside the Merle Hay Mall food court grew into 12 unforgettable years—years filled with long days, hard work, laughter, and most importantly, the relationships we built with all of you.

You were never just customers to us. You became part of our story, part of our family. Every visit, every order, every kind word meant more than you’ll ever know.

Today is your last chance to visit us here. If we’ve ever been a part of your day, your lunch break, or your family moments—come see us one last time. Let us serve you, thank you in person, and close this chapter together. It would truly mean everything to us.

While this chapter is coming to a close, our journey is far from over. Over the next week, we’ll be behind the scenes preparing tamales for the Farmer’s Market, with our first date on May 2. At the same time, we’re putting our hearts into getting our food trailer fully up and running.

This transition hasn’t been easy, but it’s one we’re embracing with hope and determination. We’re excited to share that we’re anticipating a soft opening sometime in May—something new, something built from the same love and passion you’ve supported all these years.
