Season Finale 🦞

Today we’re out at Garcia's Auto Detailing for the Alvin Crawfish Cook-Off for our final event of the season!

If you’re looking for something to do, come on out and enjoy some great crawfish, live entertainment, shopping, and plenty of local vendors. There’s a lot more than just crawfish going on out here, and it’s a great day to support local businesses and the community.

This is our final event of the season, and we couldn’t think of a better way to close it out. If you’re in Alvin today, come see us and help us finish the season strong! 🔥🦞

What a weekend… 🦞🔥

This past weekend, Catfish Lou’s had the honor of competing in the Crawfish World Championship for the very first time. While we may not have placed exactly where we hoped, we still walked away proud, grateful, and hungry for next year.

We met a ton of amazing people, made new friends, shared laughs, and got to compete alongside some seriously talented teams from all over. Experiences like this remind us why we love doing what we do.

Now it’s time for the season finale and we’re bringing it back home. 🏡🦞

This Saturday, Catfish Lou’s is wrapping up crawfish season right here in Alvin, TX at Garcia's Auto Detailing for one final hometown throwdown. There’s something special about finishing the season cooking for our own community.

Our team has officially been invited to compete at the SCCA SUPERBOIL II WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP at the 7th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff & Festival in Conroe, Texas — an invitation-only event featuring some of the BEST crawfish teams around.

This is the big stage.
The heavy hitters.
The best of the best.
And we’re fired up to throw down with them. 🔥🦞🔥

What a season 🙌

This past weekend we wrapped it up with a 4th place finish out of 82 teams and secured our spot for next year at — and we couldn’t have done it without every single person behind the scenes.

To our volunteers — the early mornings, long days, helping hands, and constant support do not go unnoticed. Y’all are the backbone of this team.

To our sponsors — thank you for believing in us, backing us, and helping make every cook-off possible. Your support truly means everything.

This season was full of hard work, good times, muddy boots, and memories we won’t forget. We’re proud of what we accomplished, but we’re just getting started 🔥
