Hey friends, we could use a little help finding our pizza oven a good home. There is a finders fee involved if you send us a buyer 😉. It is a Lincoln impinger double stack model 1400. New, they run about $34,000. We are asking $10,000. It is the only piece of equipment we have left to sell. If you have any leads or know someone who may need it, please give them my number 334-235-0444. Thanks for the help. And if you wouldn’t mind sharing so the word gets out, we would appreciate it.

That’s a wrap. Busier day today than Thursday. You sent us out with a bang. New best day ever! Ran out of dough. Cannot say how much we appreciate all of you. Today is the day, my friends. We will be open until 9 tonight or until we are out of food, whichever comes first. Thank you so much for all of the love that you have shown us the last 5 1/2 years. Gilbert’s Pizza in Leesville on entrance road will accept any unused gift cards and would love for you to visit them. They are in it for the long haul and would love to be your new favorite restaurant. We would also like to welcome Joe’s Italian restaurant to the community in the near future. We have made 120 cookies and 32 brownies for our fans. Come get them while supplies last.

Hey friends, we definitely felt the love today. If you weren’t able to get through, I apologize. And to those who had to wait, we appreciated your patience. We ran out of all of our dough and prepped items in our store. Today was the highest sales day that Gilbert’s DeRidder has ever had. That being said, aside from those who have preordered food for tomorrow (several large orders), we need to spend the day prepping the store and we will be closed. We will be open for one last hoorah during normal business hours on Saturday or until we run out of food. Thank you so much.

Hey friends, we have bittersweet news to share with you. We will be closing Gilbert’s Pizza DeRidder effective this Saturday evening. We have loved serving the DeRidder area for the past 5 1/2 years and we are now headed on a new adventure. We would love to see you in these last few days. Feel free to come by and get your Gilbert’s fix one last time. Gilbert’s Pizza Leesville will continue to serve the delicious food that you love, and will honor any gift cards that you have that have not been used. You will also be getting a fabulous new Italian Restaurant in town to enjoy with friends and family. Joe’s Italian Restaurant is coming soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It has been a pleasure to serve you. You will always have a “pizza” our hearts.
