✨ A New Chapter Begins: Layali is Becoming Cedar & Stone ✨

After a great deal of thought, reflection, and planning, I’m excited to finally share that Layali Mediterranean is evolving into Cedar & Stone Kitchen • Wine • Cocktails.

Layali will always be an important part of our story. It brought people together around beautiful food, memorable evenings, and a shared love of hospitality. But as we move forward, I wanted the name and concept to represent not only where we came from, but everything we are becoming.

The cedar tree represents strength, resilience, deep roots, and the ability to stand tall through every season. It also carries a special connection to my Lebanese heritage and the culture that first taught me that food is about far more than feeding people, it is about generosity, family, and belonging.

The stone represents foundation, endurance, and the hearth around which people have gathered for generations. It reflects honest cooking, wood-fired flavors, craftsmanship, and the idea that something lasting must be built on a strong foundation.

Together, Cedar & Stone represents our philosophy:

Rooted in tradition. Built to endure. Created to bring people together.

This next chapter will continue to celebrate Mediterranean warmth while expanding into a more elevated and modern dining experience—thoughtfully prepared food, beautiful wines, handcrafted cocktails, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable moments around the table.

You’ll also notice Hen House featured in today’s announcement. Hen House is our new breakfast concept built around Breakfast • Coffee • Community, and I’ll be sharing its menu today as well! It is another part of the growing vision behind RD Hospitality Group, where every concept has its own personality but shares the same commitment to quality, creativity, and taking care of people.

I have poured my heart, experience, culture, and passion into what comes next, and I’m incredibly excited to bring you along for the journey.
