In just a couple of days we’re going to be celebrating our FIVE YEAR anniversary at The Quail & Ale. Holy smokes!

We’re opening on Wednesday, September 23, at 4 pm to celebrate five years to-the-day of our doors opening!

(We can’t believe it either! 🤯)

As part of our Anniversary celebration, we’ve partnered up with The Global Scholars Program at Ansonia High School and will be donating a portion of the proceeds to this FANTASTIC program.

And no worries if you can’t make it on Wednesday, we’ll be including proceeds from this Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in our donation as well! Let’s help these students get to Portugal!

Halfway to St Patrick’s Day edition! ☘️☘️

Dead Rabbit Irish Wh***ey is a 5 Year blended wh***ey (30% malted barley, 70% grain wh***ey from corn and barley) with oak-forward notes of vanilla, honey, caramel and green pear. Medium finish with buttery and peppery notes.

Aged for 5 years in ex-bourbon casks and finished in virgin American Oak casks. 88 proof.

A great Irish Wh***ey that works particularly well for fans of American Bourbon.
