Summer time is cranking up and so is the demand for snowballs! We have had a lot of requests for us to be closer to town so we are making it happen 👏🏼🙌🏼 Snowball trailer location coming soon!!!

Now… BBQ Business has been BOOMING lately and we greatly appreciate all the love and support from our customers. But with booming business comes longer hours, more brisket runs, and honestly just more of everything all the way around. Between everyday business, catering events, and Trinity Trays we are exhausted in the best way! So we have decided to slow down a little during the week so we can focus more on the weekends. We apologize if this inconveniences anyone but just know we are doing our best 🫶🏼 We are family owned, family operated, and take pride in everything we serve!

So y’all come see us! We still have that brisket, that pulled pork, that sausage, that Mac n cheese, and of course those snowballs and soft serve ice cream. We got all the good stuff honestly and I can guarantee that whatever you get is going to be doggon good!
