Taste Colorado on a plate with bites from 50+ local restaurants (including Cimera!) paired with free-flowing sips at the Denver Food + Wine Festival Grand Tasting on Saturday, August 29.

The festival is the ultimate celebration of our state’s culinary scene AND the state’s largest industry fundraiser. 100% of ticket proceeds support local restaurant workers through the Colorado Restaurant Foundation’s programs, which include education, workforce development, health & wellness resources, and hardship grants.

She’s been part of this kitchen since the days of The Woods, and today she’s the hands behind every empanada that comes out of Cimera. Every morning starts the same way: dough from scratch, each empanada filled by hand, and the same care that’s gone into every batch since we opened.⁠

Come see us at Bon Vin's Summer Chef Series, where a different local chef is featured each week. This Friday, it's Chef Geoff's turn, and he'll be serving fresh Anticuchos, traditional Peruvian street skewers.

is one of our favorite spaces in Denver, and we're excited to be part of this week's block party. Along with Chef Geoff's bites, enjoy craft wine tastings and a great community atmosphere.
