The Doodlebug Sundae, start to finish.

Polar Brothers Honey Lavender Nitro ice cream, scratch made blueberry compote, fresh whipped cream, and a drizzle of local honey.

The name comes from one of the members of Digable Planets. The texture comes from the liquid nitrogen. The churn happens really quickly, so there's not a lot of opportunity for ice crystals to form, and you end up with something fluffy and light.
