Upstairs at Eric’s - short term rental, small events & rehearsal space
I’ve moved downstairs and my home for many years is available for short term rentals. The upstairs two bedroom, bath and a half apartment is open and comfortable with fun amenities that I’ve collected over the years. Including a projector with pull down screen, a sweet 1960’s Rodgers drum kit, a small stage with a brass stripper pole that came from the basement of what used to be Kitty’s Adult Book and Video on Colfax, a small PA system with subwoofer and 16 channel Mackie mixer. Located in a cool NW Denver neighborhood with a great variety of food and shops within walking distance.
While I don’t allow larger parties this can be a great place to meet up with friends and turn the music up to dance while getting ready for a night on the town or a concert. Or a quiet get away where every night can be a walk down Tennyson Street to a different great restaurant then home for movies on the big screen and sound system.
Rent the space with some band mates and work on music with the rehearsal PA system and drum kit already in place. Just bring up your instruments and amps. Or rent the space hourly if it’s available for a last minute rehearsal.
