A night at our table, in one carousel 🍝🍷
We’re proud to bring eight generations of Portofino recipes to the Golden Triangle, and this lineup says it all. Start the evening with wine, spritzes, and our Carpaccio (arugula, castelvetrano olives, shaved parmesan), then move into our Vongole al Vino Bianco, clams in a white wine broth made for soaking up with bread.
From there, a full pasta tour: our Rigatoni alla Carillon in vodka sauce with smoked pancetta, then Tagliatelle Al Ragu tossed in the cheese wheel. Our crispy pork chop rounds out the mains before dessert - Chocolate Cake finished with gold leaf, and our Semifreddo worth saving room for.
