Celebrating 40 years of Agnes & Joe Acovski — the heart behind Joey’s and 16 Prime.

What started with hard work, sacrifice, and a dream has grown into something so much bigger than restaurants. They built a legacy centered around family, community, and creating places where people gather around good food and even better memories.

Their dedication, love for people, and commitment to family have shaped not only these businesses, but all of us lucky enough to be part of it.

40 years later, their story continues through their family, their team, and every guest who walks through the doors.
