We’re bringing Banh Bot Loc to the 2026 AAPI Culture Fest x Civic Center Night Market this Friday only from 5-10PM.

These Vietnamese tapioca dumplings are filled with savory pork and shrimp, wrapped in chewy translucent tapioca dough, and topped with crispy onions, scallions, and Tum Yumz sauce.
