Took a day trip to Denver (North Carolina) and stopped by for a delight dinner. Located just outside of Charlotte, this Lake Norman hot spot just celebrated its 13th birthday!

I tried some of their new Shanghai Shrimp appetizer along with two classics - Salmon Bruschetta and Chicken Piccata. But the star of the show was the Deep Dish Key Lime Pie. It tasted like a tropical paradise and paired perfectly with the Irish Coffee.
