When we created this sandwich, our goal wasn’t simply to make a vegan version of steak—it was to create something so flavorful and satisfying that everyone, vegan or not, would crave it.

To be recognized by one of the world’s largest animal advocacy organizations is an incredible honor and a milestone we’ll never forget.
