One week until we kick off the party! 🎉🥂

Join us as we celebrate Coperta’s 10th Anniversary with a special 4-course Coperta Classics menu for $55++, featuring some of our favorite dishes from the last decade.

Our regular Coperta Classics menu will also be available, while our Chef’s Seasonal Menu will take a short pause and return after the celebration on July 26.

Making it to 10 years is something we never take for granted. We’re incredibly grateful to every guest who has dined with us, every member of our team—past and present—and to our neighbors, farmers, ranchers, fishermen, artisans, vendors, and partners who have helped make Coperta what it is today. Thank you for being part of our story.

This dish has been on our menu since Day 1 and is inspired by the classic Roman street food favorite. In Rome, supplì is the perfect grab-and-go snack. At Coperta, it’s made for sharing—a delicious way to kick off your meal.

The name supplì is said to mean “surprise,” and there’s no better surprise than warm, melty mozzarella waiting in the center of a crispy risotto ball. 🧀❤️

Many of Coperta’s design details were inspired by the places and moments we experienced while traveling throughout Italy—including our main entrance.

Inspired by the entryway of a hotel in the heart of Bologna, our mosaic tile entrance was carefully recreated and laid entirely by hand during Coperta’s buildout.

For more than 10 years, this entryway has welcomed thousands of guests through our doors, becoming the first step in countless celebrations, dinners, and memories.
