Whether you’re brand new to matcha or you’ve been trying to perfect your at-home latte, our Matcha Latte Basics class is all about building the skills to make a better cup.

We’ll dive into a brief history of matcha, explore different styles, learn proper preparation and the tools that make a difference, and practice techniques for getting your matcha just right. Then, we’ll finish by learning how to heat and texture milk for that silky café-style finish, no espresso machine required.

October 17th is officially our 20th birthday, and we couldn't let the day go by without something a little extra special!

We made these pieces to celebrate the people, places, cups of coffee, and community that have shaped our story since 2006. A local Denver artist, Kaitlyn , created our 20th design, and we couldn't be more obsessed with how it looks on all these pieces!
