Goudy’s French Cuisine is an Artisan French Style Charcuterie created in 2016, based in the Bay Area and Denver Metropolitan area. From processing to packaging, every step is done by hand. We focus on ethical and local source meat; premium ingredients & we are using ancestral & traditional French recipes and processes. We are passionate about manipulating flavors to find the best taste. We are cautious about not using any additives, nitrites, or colorants. Being a part of a family of farmers and butchers with grand-parents and Dad who inculcated me the love of work and the good, tasty food, I now find myself with the need to prepare and share great food and especially charcuterie.

We wanted to let you know that we will need to wait about 10 more days before resuming production. We are still processing our wholesale Denver license, and unfortunately the process is taking longer than expected.

Because of this delay, we will not be present at any farmers markets this weekend.

We would also like to warmly thank all of our supporters through GoFundMe — your help and encouragement truly mean a lot to us.

One week after Christophe's return, Goudys French Cuisine is roaring back to life with production set to resume next week. We've streamlined our licenses, taxes, and insurance, aligning them with our 2026 objectives. Meanwhile, Celine and Christophe are making progress on the new visa under the Charcuterie program, which will highlight Chris's expertise and recognition in the field. With renewed momentum, we're reviving farmer's market appearances, including Highland Square and Parker, where Gabriella and Amariah will warmly welcome you. We're also planning to expand to Westminster, south Pearl in Denver, and Aurora soon.

NEW UPDATE! We found a school in Bordeaux!!!

IS33 has agreed to support Aymeline in completing her Junior Year, including her IB exams and the final two courses in U.S. History and English. She will begin classes at International School 33 after her SAT exam on June 4.

A huge thank you to IB Coordinator Stephanie Winterford and co-founder and School Director Noémie d'Esclaibes for making all of this possible for Aymeline!
