Thinly sliced and marinated in our signature carne asada marinade 🤌🏽

This ended up on some carne asada fries and it hit the spot 100%

Seitan is a versatile meat replacement. High in protein And low in carbs. Get you some to throw on the grill and add it you're favorite recipes.

I just wanted to get on here and let you know what we are up to!
We are in a bit of a transition right now. We have moved kitchens. This was hard to do because we love so much and will always appreciate them being there for us. And we highly recommend them to commissary with! However, we're now at and starting to get acclimated. We're excited for future collabs with our commissary homies Also we have a new vehicle to tow our trailer but I have a few modifications I need to do before it's ready. We are still licensed and will maintain that throughout the year! We have not committed to any popups this year so far but I'm excited to see what we get into first. We will get a late start but we will be out there.

Our favorite tamales are available for preorder on our website CholoAssVegan.com Pick up Tuesday the 26th 2pm-6pm
Potatoes, melty vegan cheese, and roasted green chiles in a flavorful masa. We plan to make a certain amount and will keep orders open as long as that inventory lasts.
We will for sure make pozole next month but we are not sure if we will have time to make tamales again this year. They freeze well so you can stock up now and save for later.

Saturday 11am-3pm we are making mexi melts for the first time for a pop up. Ground “beef” melty cheese, and fresh pico in a warm flour tortilla. Of course we will also have elotes and horchata. Come support a good cause. The event is right next to the light rail on 104th and Colorado for all my public transit homies!
