This is Stir-Pan Creamery.

Weโ€™ve been rolling ice cream since 2017, starting in the mountains and growing into two Colorado locations , Breckenridge and Denver on South Pearl.

Everything is made right in front of you. Rolled ice cream, affogatos with barrel-aged espresso, rotating creations, and flavors youโ€™re not going to find anywhere else.

Almost 10 years later, weโ€™re still creating, still rolling, and still introducing new people to what Stir-Pan is every single day.

We took double chocolate cake, added cherries, and rolled it all into our sweet cream base to turn one of the classics into rolled ice cream.

Our Palisade Peach Banana Pudding Sundae collab with The Yellow Fix has been going crazy, and once these peaches are gone, this one is DONE.

Fresh Palisade peaches + our Palisade peach rolled ice cream layered between The Yellow Fix Biscoff Banana Pudding and Original Banana Pudding.

We took fresh Colorado Palisade peaches, peach butter from Uncle Johnโ€™s Farm Stand and turned it into one of our Rolled Pops.

Simple, fresh and one of the best flavors weโ€™ve made this summer.
