The Berkshire was located in Stapleton’s main drag, served fresh and inventive dishes centered around pork and bacon. In a location heavily populated with chains, this family-owned restaurant served unique meals from scratch in a casual and trendy environment. Some popular meals included our bacon plate and pork tenderloin which was served with house made bacon jam and roasted cauliflower. While t

he dishes represented American cuisine—heavy on the pig—The Berkshire served lighter fare as well as vegetarian dishes.

Thank you to everyone that joined us last weekend for our farewell party and final brunch. We can't thank the community enough for all of your support for our family-owned restaurant. Cheers to the special moments that we shared over the past 12 years!
