THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
I know many of you, but there are still many I haven't met. My name is Ryan DiFranco and I opened DiFranco's in 2011 as a farmers market booth / marketing project to see if there was a bigger want for better Italian food in Denver. Well I sit here today saying that damn it's been quite the run, but with most good things, some come to an end. I am no longer as the owner of DiFranco's on Lincoln St.
I wanted to thank each and every one of you for your support of my business, my family, my team, and food over the past 13 years. We've been through quite a bit, learned so much, met so many great people, and seen so many changes in the industry over our time. In addition to thanking you, I wanted to thank each team member who has worked with me over time, especially Luz Manzo, who many of you know because she's been by my side for the past 11 years. At this point many guests and team members are more like family to me and I am forever grateful for that opportunity alone.
Don't worry, DiFranco's isn't closing. I've passed on the business to another local chef, who will continue with the name and some of our staple recipes. He will continue the DiFranco's legacy with his own spin.
I hope that you will continue to support DiFranco's and continue enjoying great Italian food in Denver.
This isn't goodbye as the saying goes, it's just simply a see you later. That being said, if you ever find yourself in Buffalo, NY...yes BUFFALO, NY, my partner and I have continued our culinary journey. We opened up a small Taco and Tequila bar called Hombre y Lobo, named after ourselves and our husky, Zander.
Give us a follow on instragram at and please don't be a stranger.
Thank you again for all of your support as I am forever appreciative of it.
See you soon and as always Go Bills!
