Bright, modern eatery offering the staple dishes of Indian & Nepali Cuisine, plus a lunch buffet & full bar.

Complete with 15+ vegan & vegetarian items as well as 20+ gluten free options. Started in December 2016 Himchuli Indian & Nepali Cuisine opened in the former Coral Room. We kept the circular bar, but did a complete Nepali themed redesign of the interior. "Himchuli" means the snow covered peak of a mountain, and with over 15 years of experience in Indian and Nepali cuisine, we are confident in off

ering peak quality food and service. The owner of the restaurant also owns Cuisine of the Himalayas in Evergreen Colorado. Khagendra Gurung aka KG (pictured right or below) has been in Colorado for over a decade, him and his family own restaurants all over the Front Range. With a complete Nepali & Indian cook staff, coupled with a rotating list of fine wines and signature cocktails come witness the uniquely Himchuli experience.
