“gỏi cá cơm” boquerones anchovy salad, green papaya, coconut, mắm tôm, rice wrap

We import mắm tôm directly from a family of producers in Vietnam. The flavor is much more mild, with an almost sweeter flavor, compared to the ones we can find in the states. The funkiness compliments the boquerones anchovies, and really shines when you wrap it all up in the rice paper. An unapologetic flavor, at your favorite unapologetic restaurant.

A perfect summer dish inspired by my time in Phú Quốc with the homies from Red Boat Fish Sauce and the nhau crew!
