Parma Social Dinner - Christmas edition Exactly one week ago, the charity dinner took place in favor of the Parma Red Cross, to finance the SOSTENIAMO project. €13,000 raised without spending even one to organize and carry out the evening. And what should have been a simple dinner actually turned into a moment of pure magic where commitment, sharing and passion became the ingredients of an incredible evening! An aperitif offered by the sponsors who delighted the dinner guests and friends who stopped by to say hello for a toast and a photo. Thanks to chef Cristian Benvenuto who, aided by his sous chefs and five excellent guest food bloggers, prepared a six-course tasting dinner. A tasting journey in which we talked about ourselves to the 37 diners in front of whom they cooked in full view. Thanks also to the il poggio winery and the Gregorio brewery who accompanied the dishes with their wines and beer and described by the sommelier Veronica Rossi. When the desire to do good makes everything perfect!

Yesterday afternoon I was welcomed in the Casoli pastry shop in T***a 😍 For me it's always a pleasure and a great emotion to tell the beautiful realities of our territory ❤️ I had the honor of tasting the dolce. passionate with Evo Oil, the latest creation by Lucia and Nicola, the two owners of the pastry shop This morning for breakfast I'm trying an orange one, mariagraziacericola's favorite 😘 I'll let you know which one I preferred. . . Good morning ❤️ Do you too, especially during stressful times, love savory breakfast? Today I made some amazing FRENCH TOAST with fried eggs, mozzarella and cooked ham. . . Obviously with a breakfast you will have understood that I will skip lunch. Who knows why 😍 Have a nice day 😘
