When we first opened The Green Collective, it was our way to bring thoughtful and nutritious food to our community. The vision was always in the details, every little thing mattered. From the ingredients, to the sourcing, to the people working- we wanted to make sure it was a place where people felt truly cared for.

Over the years, and with new locations- the original concept has evolved from just smoothies and toasts to craveable plates, salads, gluten free baked goods and more. Bold, delicious food that just happens to be good for you.

As we’ve grown, we realized we needed a name that better reflects what we’ve always believed: that the little things are actually the big things. The name Every Little Thing came from something we say all the time — to our team and our guests — because every ingredient, every detail, and every experience truly matters.

This isn’t a reinvention. It’s simply the next step in our growth. Same team, same food, same philosophy — just a name that better captures who we are.
