We are currently hiring team member and team lead positions for a variety of shifts. Our specialty is Neapolitan inspired pizza and rustic wood-fired cuisine for both retail and catering.

What kinds of things do you do in this job?

-Preparation and presentation of numerous kinds of pizzas and dishes (pizza chef, line cook)
-Cash handling and POS order taking
-Monitoring of 900+ degree wood fired oven
-Nightly closing/cleaning duties
-Morning food / open preparations
The Success Patterns for this position are:

• Experience working in the foodservice/hospitality industry
• Can work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Understanding of general business and accounting practices with above average mathematical skills
• A reputation for giving great service to guests and co-workers
• Strong, pleasant communication

-Deep fried then kissed by the fire crust (5% sprouted masa)
- Bianco tomato base
-Pork carnitas 2 way (12 hour skow roast and a wood- fired spit roasted)
-Red onion
A drizzle of:
- Oaxacan inspired mole (37 ingredient)
-Fire roasted salsa verde
-Mexican blend cheese sauce (oaxaca, asadero and mexican crema).
Finished with:
-Cojita cheese
-Pickled peppers (jalapeno, fresno and serano)
-toasted Pepitas and sesame seeds
