BTRG furthers its mission of "the New Yorking of Denver" with the debut of Sherry's Soda Shoppe, located next to the original Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen in Five Points. In keeping with the BTRG tradition of celebrating family, the old-fashioned ice cream parlor and soda fountain is named for owner Joshua Pollack's late grandmother, Sherry Rosenberg. Under the creative culinary direction o

f the BTRG team, soda jerks serve up 20 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream and 20 flavors of sodas, as well as sundaes, banana splits, shakes, malts, phosphates, floats, nostalgic candy, ice cream sandwiches, and more. Vegan customers will be delighted with a large selection of dairy-free ice cream and CBD-enthusiasts can unwind with infused sodas. Additionally, ingredients from BTRG's other popular concepts, Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen and Lou's Italian Specialties, are inventively incorporated into the menu, including a Black & White Cookie ice cream sandwich.
