✨ 4 YEARS AGO… A VERY SPECIAL MOMENT. 🌮❤️
Four years ago, something happened that we will never forget. 🥹
Our restaurant was recognized by The Denver Post in an article about the growing popularity of birria tacos. At that time, birria was still something new in our area, especially on the menus of Mexican restaurants. 🌮🔥
We believed in birria before it became a trend.
That recognition meant so much to us. It helped introduce our birria tacos to even more people, and little by little, we watched as more restaurants and food businesses began adding birria to their menus.
Looking back four years later, we feel incredibly grateful and proud to say that we were the first in the Tri-Town area, and among the first Mexican restaurants throughout Northern Colorado, to offer birria tacos. 🥰
We have always worked hard to innovate, create something special, and distinguish ourselves from the rest. We didn’t know it at the time, but we were watching the beginning of something that would become a huge part of Mexican food culture here in Colorado. 🌮🔥❤️
And today, even though we had to close our doors for different reasons, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported us throughout the years.
We know that we made history in our own way, and that is something no one can ever take away from us. We started as a small family business, truly from zero — with nothing but faith, hard work, determination, and a strong desire to build something better for our family. 🙏❤️
There were many challenges along the way, but we faced every obstacle with courage and kept moving forward. Is not easy and It takes a lot of courage, to start from nothing, no experience, face adversity, and keep believing in their dream.
And for that, we will always be proud of what we built together as a family. 🧑🧑🧒🧒 Thank you to everyone who believed in us, supported our business, and enjoyed our food along the way.
